My Story
I started my blog on September 1, 2015, as a way to journal my everyday life. I had no clue what to write or how to actually set up a blog. However, I knew I wanted to be a source of positivity for other women. Through many conversations with family members, friends, co-workers, etc., there seemed to be a common theme – it’s hard balancing everything in life. Parenting, relationships, jobs, hobbies, self-care, etc. all in 24 hours can be a lot.
Can you balance it all?
I truly believe we as women can truly have it all; you just need to decide what having it all means to you. And for me, having it all is being well. I believe being well is achieved when your mind, body, and spirit are in sync. As there are ups and downs in this thing called life, this journey is ongoing.
This blog is my journey on how I balance my well-being – mentally, physically, spiritually, and everything in between to have optimal health. I intend to celebrate wins and note lessons learned from any misses I overcome in life.
So, what’s my goal?
My goal is to inspire and motivate you to live your own shesnsync lifestyle. I want to build a collective of women to connect and support one another as we go on our own wellness journeys. Hopefully, my stories and tips encourage you to achieve your own optimal mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
